Definitions

• User: A paying or non-paying user of the CoupleFlow Telegram Service.
• CoupleFlowBot: A Telegram bot that interacts with users in Telegram, analyzing communication, providing insights, and offering events like the "Adult Advent Calendar." Specific terms may apply to events.
• https://coupleflow.app: The official website providing support, setup guidance, product information, and the latest terms and conditions for using CoupleFlowBot.
• CoupleFlow Company: StormGate Ltd T/A CoupleFlow, a UK company (ref: 06445463).

• Commands: Special text strings sent to CoupleFlowBot in Telegram groups to trigger actions (e.g., /top_up).

Liability Limitation and Disclaimer of Warranties

CoupleFlow makes no warranties or representations about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the services provided. Users acknowledge and agree that they use CoupleFlow services at their own risk. CoupleFlow and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of the services. The services are provided "as is," and CoupleFlow disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Paid Services

CoupleFlowBot provides free initial "Communication Insights." To continue receiving insights, Users must purchase tokens using Telegram Stars. Tokens are deducted with each insight request. Users can view balances with the /balance command and top up using /top_up. Refunds are at CoupleFlow's discretion. No refunds are guaranteed.

Data Storage

Messages are stored for analysis only after all active users in a group accept these terms. Messages are deleted after they are analyzed. Users can request complete data removal as explained in the cancellation process below.

Third-Party Services: AI Insights

Message data may be analyzed using third-party tools, such as OpenAI services, to generate insights. Before sharing data with third parties, sensitive information (e.g., names, emails, and phone numbers) is stripped to protect user privacy.

Data Security and Breach Policy

CoupleFlow employs commercially reasonable measures to protect user data. However, no system is completely secure. In the event of a data breach, CoupleFlow will notify affected users within 72 hours of becoming aware and will take all reasonable steps to secure data and mitigate risks. Users are responsible for safeguarding their own Telegram account credentials and group access.

Cookies on coupleflow.app

The coupleflow.app website uses third-party cookies for legitimate purposes, such as Cloudflare Turnstile for secure form submission. No additional data is collected.

Proactive Data Retention Policy

CoupleFlow retains data only as long as necessary to provide services or comply with legal obligations. Data will be automatically deleted 90 days after analysis, unless required for active user support or regulatory compliance.

Intellectual Property

CoupleFlow owns or licenses all intellectual property rights to the services, including code, functionality, software, designs, text, and trademarks ("Content" and "Marks"). Content and Marks are protected by copyright and trademark laws. Use of the Content and Marks is restricted to personal, non-commercial purposes.

Events

CoupleFlowBot may offer events like the "Adult Advent Calendar," which are optional and can be opted out of using the /stop_event command. Additional terms may apply, and users must review those terms for specific events.

Age Restriction

The CoupleFlow services are intended for users aged 18 and above. Persons under 18 are not permitted to use or register for the services.

Force Majeure

CoupleFlow shall not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, government actions, war, terrorism, labor disputes, or internet service disruptions.

Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

When adding @CoupleFlowBot to a Telegram group, the bot will prompt users to "Accept the terms and conditions." Users confirm acceptance by typing "Yes." No data is stored unless a user has explicitly accepted these terms in this way. Continued use implies continued acceptance.

Cancellation of Agreement

Users may cancel their agreement by emailing hey@coupleflow.app or submitting a support request via our support page, providing their Telegram chat ID or registered phone number. CoupleFlow will verify the request and remove all associated data within 10 working days.

Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions or the use of CoupleFlow services will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the UK Arbitration Act 1996. The governing law shall be the laws of England and Wales.

Updates to Terms and Conditions

CoupleFlow reserves the right to update these terms and conditions. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Telegram bot or the website.
